I always feel that this sentence is incorrect.
It’s fine to provide material comfort even if one is poor, but the development of character is essential. There is a huge disparity between the rich and poor in society; the poor are looked down upon, which is a problem. It’s possible for those in difficult situations to turn things around, but they need to withstand the pressure
