I am planning to set up a factory for producing artificial grass fibers, but there are still many detailed aspects that I’m not quite clear about. Do any of you have relevant information to share? For example, what type of PP or PE should be used as raw materials, which manufacturers offer cheaper raw materials? What additives are needed during the production process? What types of equipment do these manufacturers use? What is the energy consumption associated with operating such equipment? The more detailed the information, the better.
