Boiler vibration

During my inspections in Cangzhou, I found two oil-gas boilers (45 t/h, 3.82 MPa, 400 degrees). Whenever the load increased to 35 t/h, the forced draft fan, the boiler itself, and the flue all experienced vibrations to varying degrees. How can this problem be completely resolved? Based on my experience, I determined that the air supply duct in one of them was not appropriate; I recommended making more than a dozen holes with a diameter of 200 mm in the steel pipes forming the air supply duct. Under the same load, vibration could be felt to be reduced when touching it with the hand.
It seems that *vibration should be considered; corresponding calculations are to be carried out based on various parameters, after which appropriate targeted measures are to be taken

Reply to 5# mafan123: As you thought, the fan current increases; with the boiler’s fuel supply remaining roughly constant, the oxygen content in the flue gases rises slightly
