1. Mass flow meter – a device for measuring mass flow rate. 2. Sizing flow – I’m not sure what this means!
The first one is a mass flow meter; the second one is a flow corrector (guess)

The first one is a mass flow meter; according to all those items you listed, the second one should be translated as: rated operating flow rate
This post was last edited by oatobnus on 2010-7-20 at 16:29. “Sizing” can be translated literally as “calculation”; it generally refers to the fact that this parameter value is determined through specific methods, and it can be adjusted according to actual conditions or used as the final decision.
Sizing flow can be translated as design operating condition flow rate.
Looking at the pictures you posted, the first one is a mass flow meter, and the second one refers to the rated flow rate.
