Most of the people who come here are friends from the chemical industry, and they probably all worked shifts. The way I used to work shifts in my workplace was: A day shift, then a middle shift (some people call it Xiaoye), and then two days of rest. The next day of rest is the night shift at 12 o'clock in the evening, and then it repeats like this. I feel that this kind of shift work is not bad. Generally speaking, everyone does not feel very tired. But I heard that some places have a 12-hour shift system. Is this kind of shift work acceptable? Regardless of psychology or physiology, I think working 12 hours is a kind of torture. I don’t know if there are other ways to work shift. Let’s discuss it.
I have participated in four shifts with three shifts and four shifts with two shifts. To be honest, I still prefer four shifts with two shifts as it has more rest time. I don’t like working in late night shifts. 12: Get up at 00, four shifts and two shifts were initially implemented by some foreign-funded enterprises.
The four shifts you mentioned mean two shifts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., right?
We used to operate four shifts and three shifts, the morning shift was eight hours and started at 7 o'clock, the middle shift was seven hours and started at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and the night shift was eight hours and started at 10 o'clock in the evening.
Three shifts, one day shift + one night shift + one day off, one shift of 12 hours each
We used to have three shifts and two shifts here, but now we have three shifts and three shifts. I like working four shifts and three shifts for eight hours.
What the poster described is a typical operation of four shifts and three
No matter what kind of shift mechanism it is, it is reasonable~~Philosophically speaking, everything in the world is reasonable~~!
I am still working shifts, which is a morning shift + a mid-day shift + an evening shift + rest. Each shift is 8 hours long and I feel it’s okay.
Personally, I don’t like shift work. Generally speaking, an eight-hour shift is easy to bear mentally and physically. For safety reasons, it is best not to work long shifts. People are the number one risk factor in production, so I personally still control shift work positions and add a quota, and then ensure adequate rest buffer time for employees after shifts.
What we implement is four shifts with three arrivals, two days of late nights, one day of rest and a day shift, two nights in a row, and then the day shift on the first day after rest.
