The height of the cold box in the company’s empty work section is 65 meters; when working at its top, some managers say that it’s not necessary to obtain a high-altitude work permit. Is it really not required?
The Shanghai World Financial Center has 101 floors and is 492 meters tall, but no permit for working at heights is required to ascend it. This example is used to illustrate: 1. The guardrails have been removed, which definitely means work was carried out at the edge area; therefore, I think it’s necessary to issue a certificate. I also have difficulty agreeing with the approach of removing guardrails
Use a winch to lift the pearlescent sand onto the cold box, and cut away part of the obstructing railing.
