What is the difference between the digital electro-hydraulic control system and the mechanical control system of a steam turbine? How is it distinguished in actual turbine units?

Generally, people don’t dare to come in. Hehe, just joking around, having some fun. Valves are generally divided into three types: pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic. Pneumatic control valves belong to the mechanical type; manual valves as well are of the mechanical type. The output force is relatively low. An electric control valve is a valve driven by a motor, and its output force can be very high. All turbines are equipped with electric valves. The electro-hydraulic control system includes a hydraulic pressure system in which a high-pressure pump is used to generate hydraulic pressure. After the oil flow is distributed, solenoid valves are used to control the high-pressure oil so that it can drive other control devices; as a result, the output force is quite substantial.
Reply to 1# alzqlzqlzq: I’m not an expert. The principle of adjustment is similar, the power is about the same, but the signal source is different. Most modern engines use electro-hydraulic control systems, which offer high precision and reliability. Mechanical precision is a bit lower.
Oil pump station, controller, solenoid valve, oil pressure valve
