Discussion on the burr formation phenomenon on polycrystalline silicon rods

During the polysilicon growth process, burrs were observed on the polysilicon rods; these burrs were present from the start of the process until it was stopped, and in severe cases, distinct corn-like protrusions would form on the surface of the silicon rods. Experts, please help analyze what caused this!
Is it one furnace or all of them? The reason might be contamination of the refined distillate products; check the heat exchangers and evaporators before the material enters the furnace
This phenomenon occurs in most furnaces, but some of them have a very smooth surface. The material to be distilled enters the reduction furnace through multiple layers of filtration, and no signs of contamination have been detected
Is it related to temperature? We’ve tested it, and this phenomenon occurs regardless of the temperature level
