Problems with filling fluid of stainless steel pressure gauge

Stainless steel shock-resistant pressure gauges have two filling fluids, silicone oil and glycerin. What is the difference between them? Is it considered from the perspective of low temperature resistance?

Silicone oil (low viscosity) -40~130 General use -30~50 Silicone oil (high viscosity) -30~240 High temperature use -20~60 Fluorinated oil -30~160 For salts and acids -20~50 Glycerin (glycerol) -5~100 For food use-5～40 Propylene glycol-30～100 For food use-20～40
I just checked this stuff yesterday. In every aspect, silicone oil is the best choice.
