While ensuring that the coal fed into the furnace has a bindability of 60-72, more low-binder coal should be used; the bindability should not be too high, as this would also result in smaller coke particles
While ensuring that the coke cake is fully matured, reduce the standard temperature as much as possible. Use as much lean coal as possible.
Use more lean coal; the caking property should not be too high
The density must be within the specified range; where costs permit, the proportion of primary coking coal and lean coal should be increased appropriately, and the heating rate should also be raised accordingly
