What considerations should be taken into account when using dry quenching for coke production in lanthanum carbon technology? Also, does anyone have a list of equipment for 100,000-ton and 400,000-ton lanthanum carbon production projects?
The equipment varies depending on the design scheme; it seems that there is no equipment using the dry quenching process in the coke production line
Shaanxi Fangyuan Company is working on dry quenching of semi-coke, and there is a demonstration unit in Shenmu! However, this process is not true dry quenching of coke; instead, a small amount of water is sprayed on the hot coke to achieve quenching!
