The liquefaction efficiency depends on the actual production conditions (gas chlorine consumption, liquefaction amount), but the most important thing is to pay attention to controlling the hydrogen content of the tail chlorine.
There is no fixed standard for this, because the balance of tail gas from chlor-alkali enterprises can be balanced by hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite. Generally speaking, maximizing the liquefaction efficiency is beneficial to production, but the hydrogen content of tail chlorine must be controlled.
On the premise of ensuring that the hydrogen content of tail chlorine does not exceed the standard, maximizing the liquefaction efficiency will help reduce production and consumption.
I think the economic indicators for controlling liquefaction efficiency should also be compared with the market prices of liquid chlorine and by-products, namely subsodium and hydrochloric acid, to calculate whether it is more appropriate to reduce the liquefaction efficiency and produce more hydrochloric acid or subsodium or to increase the liquefaction efficiency and produce more liquid chlorine.
When the hydrogen content of the tail chlorine is not high, the better at the end of the month. Of course, it will not affect the rear system. I think 60-70% is enough.
