I didn’t see it in the tolerance specifications... I’d appreciate your advice
Outside the category means it isn’t classified or regulated; as long as it doesn’t meet those 3 conditions, it falls outside the category
Those that do not meet the several conditions specified in the regulations are classified as non-container types
The problem is that the definition of category one is that everything other than categories two and three falls under category one; it’s a bit difficult to classify things as belonging to category one or not
If it does not meet the definition of a pressure vessel, then there is no issue of vessel category.
