There is a plate + hammer crusher with a power of 75 kilowatts, which is primarily used to crush coal into coal powder for use in boilers. The problem is this: during use, we noticed that the current drawn by the crusher became extremely high within half an hour of it starting up, and the bearing temperature was also very high. Despite several attempts at repair, it was difficult to resolve the issue. We repaired the bearing housing and the bearing caps, and we even purchased genuine bearings, but none of these measures solved the problem. Eventually, through careful analysis and discussion, we were able to resolve the issue. We would like everyone to share their opinions on the reasons behind this.
The belt of the crusher was too tight; after running for half an hour, the belt stretched out and the current supply was cut off!

Poor discharge from the outlet led to some accumulation of material, which caused the current level to rise.
