What to do if the adsorber suddenly fails during liquid nitrogen washing during normal production (usually there are two groups, one for adsorption and one for regeneration. But what if the other group hasn’t regenerated yet? )?
It depends on the condition of the other adsorber. If it is parallel cooling, check whether it can be put into use in advance according to the outlet temperature of the spare adsorber. Generally, if the outlet is lower than -50 degrees, you can directly switch manually. In other states, you can only reduce the load and drag it first to ensure that the indicator is not exceeded. If this is not possible, you can only stop it by washing with liquid nitrogen.
