Issues with the heat exchange medium?

Could someone help me answer this? I have a simple question: Can steam at 0.5 Mpa and 210 degrees heat the material to 170 degrees?
Yes, but there will be a large amount of steam; it may not be possible to condense it, the efficiency will be low, and the heat exchange area will be large. Since the saturation temperature of steam at 0.5 Mpa is only 158 degrees, the latent heat can heat the medium to around 156 degrees; to reach temperatures between 156 and 170 degrees, the sensible heat of the steam must be used for heating. As the specific heat of steam is low and its thermal conductivity in gas form is also low, a larger area is required.
