Problems with pump lubricating oil

A question for beginners: What can be used to estimate the volume of a pump’s bearing housing? I need to control the amount of lubricant injected into the pump units; there are too many of them to check each one individually. Does anyone know?
The pump bearing housing has an oil level observation hole; the lubricating oil should be filled to 1/2 to 2/3 of this hole. It should be in the device manual; check it.
We just received two new pumps here. I looked up the accompanying documentation and found the specific requirements for lubricant usage in the list of materials needed for the installation. I’m planning to check the database tomorrow.
