Is there a standard for the handling capacity of air coolers for gaseous media? Is it possible to reach 30,000 cubic meters per hour?
This issue requires thinking in reverse: first, you need to determine the cooling scheme with a capacity of 30,000 cubic meters per hour, and then calculate the heat load, average temperature difference, area, approximate dimensions of each panel (length–width–thickness), panel combinations, and the pressure drop… It’s best to use software for these calculations; presumably, 30,000 cubic meters per hour isn’t that much. The processing capacity isn’t indicated on air cooler products

Reply to 1# lvshumeng: Air coolers do not have a fixed requirement regarding the volume of heat-exchange gas output; generally, the motor driving them can operate at variable frequencies. Air coolers are also susceptible to the influence of ambient temperature, so on-site data and adjustments are of utmost importance.

Air cooler? Air-cooled tower? Air compressor inter-stage cooler? Generally, 100,000/h to several hundred thousand/h is no problem for this
There are no strict standards; our factory’s air-cooled tower, which is 6 M high and 3 M in diameter, can handle a processing capacity of 180,000 W/H
This calculation is of the substitution type; one must first make assumptions and then work backwards
