The approach I usually follow is to first conduct process calculations based on the formula of the product to be produced, then break down these tasks into specific responsibilities, controlling key factors such as the flow ratio of sulfuric acid to potassium chloride, the specific gravity of phosphate ammonium, the specific gravity of the mixed acid, as well as the ratios between the amount of spray used in granulation, the flow rate of ammonia, and the amount of additional materials added. Finally, adjustments are made based on the results of tests.
Why isn’t there a corresponding one? Is everything kept secret? ? There’s nothing secret about this; anyone with some knowledge of chemistry can do it, haha
