Construction cost of 10,000 cubic dry gas holder

As the title suggests, does anyone know how much it costs to build a 10,000 cubic meter dry gas holder with diluted oil sealing nowadays?
Over 4 million, I guess:victory::)
4 million isn’t enough; it seems around 10 million would be necessary

It should be around 8 million; civil engineering alone accounts for 5 million
This is really expensive; don’t expect it to be cheap. How can you guarantee the quality if it’s cheap?
