Due to the different gasification processes used by various companies, their operation cycles also vary. Some enterprises are quite secretive and refuse to disclose the operation cycles of their gasification units, which hinders communication and prevents these companies from improving their own operation cycles. Therefore, I propose that companies make public their operation cycles. Format: Province where the manufacturer is located, gasification process used, pressure level, operating temperature in °C, whether a solvent is used, continuous operation time, reasons for shutdowns, and methods to address these issues. Those who respond will receive significant bonus points. Let me start with my example: Heilongjiang Province, Texaco water-coal slurry pressurized gasification, 4.0 Mpa, 1350 °C, solvent is used; continuous operation time: 66 days; reason for shutdown: burner leakage; no particularly effective solution available
Shanxi Province: Grey polymerization, 0.08 MPa; 1050 hours of continuous operation – the system was shut down after 31 days
