What is the reason why coke moves back from above the coke pusher during coke pushing?

Our company’s No. 2 carbonization chamber is severely deformed; it has become narrower, and the current required for pushing coke out is often high. During coke pushing, the coke moves back from above the coke pusher rod. I don’t know why.
According to the poster’s description, the reason for the coke not being discharged properly could be deformation in the carbonization chamber; it’s possible that the width of the upper part of the carbonization chamber has decreased in certain areas, which increases the resistance to pushing out the coke cakes. As a result, the coke cakes in those areas cannot be pushed out and end up falling apart. The poster should check the cracks in the coke cakes at the upper part of the carbonization chamber to determine where the deformation is most severe.
Due to the deformation of the carbonization chamber, the amount of coal that can be loaded decreases. If it were the same as the amount of coal that can be loaded in other normal carbonization chambers, then a larger amount of coal would need to be loaded. Sometimes, coke may end up above the coke pusher in certain areas, which is why coke is carried back with it.
