When will NB/T47003.1-2009 \"Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels\" come into effect? Now there is a transition period for the standard changes, and no notifications are given; it’s unclear when the new standards should be applied. Moreover, it’s not even clear right now whether it’s the official version or not; it’s annoying – the standard information isn’t provided in a timely or transparent manner at all
Issued on December 1, 2009, and implemented on May 1, 2010. We have bought all the standards.

The standard has been purchased. . Whether to implement it or not isn’t that important, right? It’s not proper again~
Weren’t we supposed to wait for the 150 update before proceeding with printing?……
