If it is the first time heating up, the process must be carried out in accordance with the specified procedures. In the case of temporary shutdowns for heating, heating should be done according to the requirements in the low-temperature range; once reached the high-temperature range, the heating rate can be increased by 10-20 degrees.
Below 100 degrees, it’s 12 degrees per hour. Above 100 degrees, it’s 30 degrees per hour

In this case, steam at a temperature not exceeding 110 degrees is used to raise the temperature of the high-pressure system, until the temperature at the bottom of the synthesis tower reaches 100 degrees (the steam must not take a shortcut)
The heating rate of high-pressure equipment is related to the process being used: the heating rates for carbon dioxide stripping and ammonia stripping are different. The carbon dioxide stripping method is 8–12°/H whether above or below 100°C ; However, the ammonia stripping process has a higher temperature rise rate than the carbon dioxide stripping process by 30°≤H.
