Why does GE require the load on the lower back to increase rapidly to over 70% after starting to drive? Please share your thoughts – is a benefit of over 70% considered high? Or should the gasification process be more stable for over 70%! !
When discussing slag clogging in the gasifier, it was mentioned that: \"Generally, clogging rarely occurs during operation, unless the temperature is very low and the load is increased slowly, which may lead to unstable slurry flow.\" This might be one of the reasons for increasing the load rapidly.
Some manufacturers operate for long periods under high feed load conditions, which results in high dome temperatures. Operation is relatively fine in such cases, but when the plant is shut down and there is high pressure but low load, the flow rate of the material exiting the burners slows down, making it very easy for the dome temperature to rise excessively.
