Experts, may I ask what level of vacuum is required just to remove the water vapor from inside the reactor?
It should be related to the temperature inside the vessel and the partial pressure of water vapor; it is recommended that it be no less than -0.95 Mpa
If there is only steam in the reactor and no other materials, it can be pumped out with a slight vacuum – -0.085 MPa should suffice; nitrogen at 2 bar can also be used for displacement. But if the kettle contains other materials along with steam, it depends on what those materials are.
