The cold reflux from the stabilizer tower dropped to zero; 2. The top temperature increased and pressure rose; 3. There was little change in the liquid level in the top reflux tank; 4. The pump was fine; 5. There were 3 water coolers at the top of the tower, and the inlet temperature of liquefied gas at cooler No. 3 was lower than its outlet temperature. Which boss can help analyze the reason? Precautions? If there is air resistance, why? (The temperature in the reactor tower is low, but the temperature at the bottom of the stabilizer is not too low.)

Based on past experience, if you think it’s a good idea, give it a try: make a small slit in the outlet of the backup pump, wait for one minute, then press the start button; usually, the flow rate will increase. It has always worked: after opening the pump outlet, the flow from behind flowed back and filled the pump, after which the pump could be started right away.
First, open the non-condensable gas valve to release the non-condensable gas, then pour cold water on the liquefied gas reflux pump; after a while, the pump will start operating at full capacity.
Question 1: The pressure should decrease. 2: Why is the inlet temperature of the cooler consistently higher than that at the outlet?
