What are the common problems with magnetic pumps?

Later, someone from the factory said that the material was not fed in time during driving, which was considered "dry grinding" and affected the performance of the pump. Later I left the factory and my future situation was unclear. I'd also like to hear your experiences.
If it is evacuated after a certain period of time, degaussing will occur.
Personally, I understand that the biggest fear of magnetic pumps is emptying and dirty media! Because the magnetic pump is cooled and lubricated by internal circulation! If it is evacuated, it is most likely to cause the internal sliding bearing to rupture, which will wear out the sealing sleeve and cause media leakage. Dirty media will easily block the circulation channel and burn the support bearing! The result is the same as taking the time!
There are several most important aspects. I have been involved in maintenance and repair of magnetic pumps for several years. 1. Whether the structural design of the pump matches the specific working conditions of use. If problems often occur during use, do not look for problems with materials, design, etc. first. Check the working conditions first, whether it is necessary to add reflux, etc. 2. Check whether your medium really meets the requirements for magnetic pump use. Some media are easy to crystallize, so I advise you to change it as soon as possible. 3. Operational issues, this is too specific, so I won’t go into details.
Impurities, dry grinding. It is easy to cause damage to sliding bearings and inference disks, and demagnetization of the rotor.
