I have just started working; how should I plan my career path in the instrumentation industry? I would appreciate any advice from everyone. Thank you
One should be exposed to more practical things, learn through work, and read books when facing problems – this way, a lot of experience can be accumulated.
First of all, you need to learn to be hardworking and resilient. Since you have little practical experience at the beginning of your career, you should humbly accept guidance from others. Secondly, consider whether you want to be an all-rounder or specialize in a certain area. Then strive to work hard. Don’t like this one one moment and that one the next; otherwise, you will achieve nothing.
