We need to build a device whose flat cover, manhole, and the pipes attached to it are all made of fiberglass. We have never done this before; we don’t know how to construct the cylinder – does it need to be rolled as well? And how should it be welded? This requires a specialized fiberglass manufacturer; resin and glass fiber are applied layer by layer, with the exact number of layers depending on the size and operating conditions. Fiberglass cannot be welded
The cylinder needs to be molded, and then the material is applied layer by layer； The materials can be found at chemical material stores.
FRP made from thermoplastic resins may be weldable, while FRP made from thermosetting resins definitely cannot be weldable.
