It’s that amazing? Has anyone analyzed what the reason is? Please share

Here’s exactly what happens: during the major maintenance of the dryer, it is necessary to manually turn the dryer – there is no other way; the motor has to be turned by hand, and this is a very labor-intensive process. The manager said it was okay to start the motor, so the operator supplied power to start the machine. The manager did not conduct any checks or verifications; he wasn’t aware of the extreme danger involved in doing so, nor did he know what consequences it could have. By that time, the wheel that served as a stop mechanism had already been removed, and less than 2 minutes after the machine started running, the dryer fell off its rollers. The leader was completely terrified and stunned at that time. Does anyone know how to get up there? Is there any way?

The person in charge on site must be an amateur. Without the limit stop wheel, it cannot be started! ! It’s fortunate that no one was hurt. It can be reset using pillow blocks, rollers, jacks, hand-cranked hoists, etc.
