The silica and sodium content of the steam is high. The workshop has scheduled the steam to be discharged 6 times a day. Personally, I think there is a problem and you should work on the chemicals. This way, the amount of water that is scheduled to be discharged every day is large and there is no recycling facility. Isn't it too wasteful? I need help from experts to solve it.
If the sodium content is high, the separation effect of steam and water may not be good, and the steam carries water. The amount and time of adding trisodium phosphate should be controlled according to the phosphate concentration of the boiler water, and proper continuous discharge should be maintained and the discharge should be reasonably scheduled. The discharged sewage enters the steam expansion vessel and can be connected to the unpressurized return pipe network from the bottom to reduce waste.
Mainly by adding chemicals such as trisodium and one glue to control the water quality, pH, and hardness, reduce calcium and magnesium ions in the water and reduce the generation of sediments. Continuous surface discharge can remove scum foam on the surface and improve steam quality. Regular bottom discharge can discharge bottom sediment. If the control is good, bottom discharge can be arranged once in a shift without much problem.
