Install blind plates in the distillation section

This post was last edited by yhc504 on 2010-8-24 09:32. When should blind plates be installed during the start-up and shutdown of distillation processes? When should blind plates be added to heat exchangers and reboilers? ? I hope everyone can give an answer? ? ? ? ?
Mainly, during parking for maintenance, the system is emptied and replaced with blind flanges, after which it is steamed and handed over.
At the beginning of purging, it needs to be added in front of the heat exchanger. The rest depends on the maintenance requirements.
