I plan to install a fixed-bed batch gas generator. Are there any new technologies and processes available, including more energy-efficient designs for the jacket, furnace body, and base? Thank you

New technologies for fixed-bed gas generation: air preheating technology, pressurized water jackets, and the technology of installing a large gear ring on the vertical shaft beneath the furnace are all excellent options. It can be used as a reference.
By using the hot-wall jacket technology, it is possible to **increase the steam decomposition rate and gas production volume; the combustible content in the slag is reduced, resulting in significant coal savings.
