Female, majoring in Polymer Chemistry and Physics, currently working at a chemical plant. There are two options now: 1) Help the manager organize documents and apply for project funding, etc.; it’s very busy. 2) Go to the workshop to work on design tasks, but I have no prior experience in this area at all. What do people think is suitable for girls to do?
Working with materials is a job that suits girls well; I think it’s better for girls not to stay in the workshop
