What should work be like?

I started working not long ago. At first, when the facilities began operating, everyone was extremely tired – we had to go to work every day without pause, with endless overtime. It took some time before things settled down a bit; now things are a little easier. During our off hours or when we have time, we go out together, eat out, and it feels great. Isn’t this how work and life should be? Isn’t such a life very pleasant? What do everyone do during their off hours?
Study*, improve oneself, and wait for changes in the times
It’s not about comfort; it’s just finding joy in hardship. I still need to keep improving myself.
