The coal grinder has high vibration

1. The roller coal mill experiences significant vibration after starting up. 2. The lubricating oil system leaks frequently. This results in an inability to operate continuously. When the grinding roller descends, this device can directly press down on the grinding disc without any gap. I’m not sure if it has anything to do with following someone.
If possible, it’s better to use an installation diagram; the text version is too vague and difficult to understand. .
How long has this coal grinder been in use? Is it because the grinding roller has not yet been worn in?
Reason for the loud vibration: When the coal grinder starts with no load, if the grinding rollers do not lift, there is a loud noise; however, if there is some coal at the bottom of the grinding rollers, the noise is reduced. If the lubricant keeps leaking, it’s a problem with the equipment; it is recommended to seek help from the manufacturer to resolve it – contacting the manufacturer of the lubricant supply station will do
Several reasons for high vibration in coal mills: 1. Insufficient coal layer thickness； 2. Excessive loading pressure ； 3. Stone coal is too hard ； 4. There are relatively hard foreign objects in the raw coal (three pieces) ； 5. Wear and tear of components.
