The purified water produced by the acidic water stripping unit can be used entirely as makeup water for the coking furnace, thereby saving energy and reducing consumption. It’s a shame if it isn’t discharged externally; some units do discharge it externally.

For the future of future generations, it’s better to save as much as possible! Desalination water for atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic injection water, circulating water for power generation, coking cutting water, and so on. It would be even better if it could be used in farmland once the temperature drops and the chemical parameters meet the standards...
It can be fully reused; the cold coking water from coking can be used to replenish water in the coking tanks.

Absolutely. Our old plant even uses purified water instead of high-pressure steam for steaming, not to mention in the coke making tanks
