Disassemble the burner and check to see if any holes are blocked. Also check to see if the pressure difference between steam and fuel is too large, generally no more than one kilogram, to prevent oil from getting into the steam line and causing shrinkage. In addition, you need to check other causes that affect shrinkage according to the operating procedures!
The burner may be a little coked, and a too large oil-vapor pressure difference may also cause shrinkage.
