How to judge whether shaft vibration and shaft displacement are good or bad

The air compressor for oxygen production in our unit and the oxygen compressor have vibration and displacement. They are from the United States. Now I would like to ask how to judge whether this kind of thing is good or not, and how to install it.
This can be output on the front-end device. If it is a front-end device, the DC voltage can be measured on the front-end device. If it is a transmission protection meter, it can measure 4~20Ma output. That’s it.
We generally use the TK-3 instrument to make the performance curve of the probe to judge its performance and quality.
You can use a multimeter to measure the probe resistance to determine whether the probe is short-circuited or open-circuited.
