Muffle furnaces come in different sizes and have varying temperature requirements, which results in significant differences in price. I just bought a furnace with dimensions of 325×200×125 mm; its rated operating temperature is 950°C and the maximum temperature it can reach is 1000°C. It doesn’t come equipped with a temperature control system, and its price is 1500 yuan. It’s from Hebi, Henan Province.
The HTS-30 from Suzhou is also okay; nowadays, I see that the 1200 model is more widely used!
Integrated controller for muffle furnaces; the price depends on the furnace’s power capacity. For a 2kW muffle furnace with single-phase KSY-E series resistance wire heating, the price of the intelligent temperature controller is around 1800
