Reasons for less reprocessed oil and more slurry

In our facility, catalytic processing is mainly carried out on normal residue, vacuum wax oil, and coking wax oil. The reaction temperature is controlled at 520 degrees, and the reprocessing ratio is 0.15. We would like to increase this reprocessing ratio, but when the depth of processing is reduced, the oil slurry at the bottom of the tower rises rapidly, while the level of the reprocessed oil does not increase (the reprocessing ratio remains at 0.15). As a result, it is not possible to increase the reprocessing ratio. What could be the reason for this?
The reaction depth was reduced, resulting in a lower reaction temperature; consequently, the temperature at the bottom of the splitter tower was also lower, preventing the components from being separated. The temperature at the bottom of the tower is low now; raise the temperature first, and then apply pressure from above.
Increase the bed temperature and the reaction temperature, thereby raising the temperature of the reaction oil and gas; this in turn raises the temperature in the distillation column, thus affecting the level of the oil slurry.
But the temperature of the plate on the bottom layer is 388 now, which is not low; theoretically, it should increase during re-refining
