The flue gas temperatures at the inlet and outlet of the convection chamber in the hydrogen production converter are continuously rising; the outlet temperature has increased from around 190 degrees initially to 216 degrees at present, while the inlet temperature has now risen to around 900 degrees. However, the temperatures after heat exchange in various sections of the convection chamber show no upward trend. Therefore, it is suspected that the heat exchange efficiency in these sections of the converter has declined. Please help analyze the reasons for this.
A few random thoughts for reference: 1. Dust accumulation in the convection section might be a common cause. 2. An imbalance in the air-to-fuel ratio could be the main reason. 3. Changes in the fuel composition, or the absence of soot blowers or their improper operation, may also be contributing factors

There is dust in the combustion air, which can easily cause scaling and blockage in the air preheater. It affects heat exchange and the flow of combustion air. A filter can be added at the fan inlet.
It is possible to increase both the blower pressure and the frequency conversion of the exhaust fan, thereby increasing the flow rate of hot air while ensuring that the negative pressure in the furnace remains within the range required by the process.
