After comparative calculations by the system software, a 4–20 mA standard current signal proportional to the boiler level, along with four sets of SPST solid-state relay switch signals, are output. This level gauge is not affected in any way by changes in the dielectric constant during operation; changes in boiler temperature or steam interference also have no impact on it. Its measurement accuracy exceeds 1 in a thousand, and it boasts excellent long-term stability with almost no drift. Its overall performance is unmatched by other measurement methods, making it an ideal boiler level gauge for use under all conditions, offering high precision and reliability. Technical features: 1. Two-wire current loop, with the measurement system isolated from the current loop ; 2. It possesses the capability for accurate and continuous level measurement and control under all operating conditions (boiler startup, shutdown, blowdown, emergency conditions, etc.) ; 3. By using tomography technology, it is possible to accurately compensate for changes in the dielectric constant of the liquid phase medium, changes in the dielectric constant of the vapor phase medium, and temperature changes simultaneously, without the need for re-calibration under any circumstances ; 4. High precision and high stability, with a resolution of 0.01 mm and an annual drift of no more than 0.5 mm ; 5. Good electromagnetic compatibility features with CE certification ; 6. High temperature and pressure resistance, long service life ; 7. There is no measurement of “false water level” ; 8.
