For an annual production of 30,000 tons of triamine, what would be the diameter of the triamine reactor if a gas-phase quenching process is used?
The key is to see whether it’s under pressure or at atmospheric pressure; only then can someone answer!
Are there 30,000 tons per year triamine plants using atmospheric pressure processes? If both pressurized and atmospheric-pressure processes are available, those who are familiar with the situation please let me know the reactor diameter for each of these two processes.
The reactor diameter for both processes is around 7 meters

What was said upstairs is correct; it’s related to the residence time in the reactor. Our current production capacity is 1.5, while the new unit in phase two will have a capacity of 6, with operation expected to start in November
