May I ask the original poster, what is the extractant used to recover copper from circuit board etching solutions? How efficient is it?

The acidic etching solution makes use of a specially developed electrolytic process to directly recover copper from the etching waste liquid (with a recovery rate of up to 99.5%). The chlorine gas generated during the electrolysis process is absorbed by the etching waste liquid after copper has been recovered; this waste liquid can be reused in its entirety after adjustment by adding adsorbents. An efficient extractant composed of anthraniloxime and formaniloxime is used for the alkaline etching waste liquid to extract copper from it; the separation of copper from the extract and the recycling of the extract are carried out simultaneously. The copper separated from the extract is converted into cathode copper through electrolysis, while the raffinate is adjusted and reused in its entirety, achieving a win-win situation in terms of economic benefits and environmental benefits.
