What software do you use for working with materials in your department?

It’s a software developed by our department itself, and it’s quite convenient for tracking materials. I wonder what other departments use, or if they don’t use anything at all?
We just use Excel; there’s nothing else
EXCEL2007 is very powerful for handling statistical data; when I was a technical officer at a construction site in 2008, I used it for such tasks, and it seemed much more convenient than EXCEL 2003
At present, the material statistics work is still done manually.

Everyone, right? None of you work in design firms? Now, PDS is used to extract materials; when extracting the single-line diagram, the system generates a file in ACCESS format. This file has functions for self-search and classification. What I do is export this file to EXCEL format to make it easier to work with. It’s very convenient.
