Talk less and work more; if there’s something you don’t understand or know, ask questions frequently. It’s a good idea to have meals with more experienced leaders and those at the grassroots level, as this will make it easier to carry out your work in the future. Don’t be overconfident; things may seem simple, but once you try to do them, problems arise everywhere. Working harder never hurts.
