The requirements are one Danfoss A5000 frequency converter, and a small motor with a rated current of 50 Hz, 380 volts, and 0.2 amps. Operation at no load. It is required to operate at 40 Hz. Problems that occurred during the process: 1. The inverter gave an alarm when the setting was set to 0.2A, but no alarm occurred when it was set to 0.5A. How to make it not trigger an alarm when set to 0.2? 2. The reference frequency is set to 50 Hz. The lower limit is 0, and the upper limit is 50 Hz. Why does an alarm for phase loss trigger immediately when the frequency reaches 40 Hz at %80? 3. The reference frequency is set to 50 hertz. The lower limit is 0, and the upper limit is 100 Hz. Given %80 runs at 40 Hz. Is this setting correct?
What does it mean that the inverter gives an alarm when set to 0.2A? What type of alarm is the inverter reporting? What signal is being sent?
