The amount sent is not the issue; what matters is that if you only send it without treating the ammonia in the wastewater, it will eventually return to the conversion process through vaporization, circulating between these two systems. As a result, the concentration will keep increasing, which in turn increases the likelihood of carbon ammonium crystals forming during the conversion process.
After the ammonia-containing condensate is subjected to steam stripping, its ammonia content is reduced to less than 50 ppm; it can then be sent to the gasification process without affecting the ammonia nitrogen levels in the gasification wastewater. All of it can be used in gasification, provided that the stripping tower is functioning properly.
In the conversion process, ammonia-containing wastewater can be sent to the gasification unit; our company pumps it to the gasification deoxidizer, and it should work fine if it is sent to the high-pressure flasher as well.

The ammonia-containing condensate needs to be stripped before being sent to the gasification unit, so that most of the ammonia gas in it can be removed. The ammonia is then sent for combustion in the sulfur recovery process, while the stripped condensate is sent to the gasification unit.
